Jonathan Cahn, author of the book "The Harbinger," issued a video attempting to answer some questions and concerns about the end of the Shemitah year this Sept. 13. According to the WND report, the messianic Jewish rabbi explained that since he cannot answer all the emails and letters sent to him, he decided to address most of them through a video uploaded on YouTube. Cahn calls for a period of national prayer and repentance and has warned Americans once more of desecration, having crossed a lot of lines just this summer.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - "The relations between America and Israel are at its worst. This is a dangerous sign for America. America is now pressing for a deal that Israel says will put Israel in danger. That is also ominous. All these things: Israel, the harbingers, the apostasy, the Shemitah, all these things are converging, and we need to take heed now," he explained, citing that the relationship between the two nations is one of the most critical harbingers.
Cahn noted that Pope Francis, the 266th pope, is coming to the U.S. at the 266th day of the year, Sept. 23. According to him, the Pope is expected to bring up the "Transforming Our World: 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development," which was created with only one American on the panel, John Podesta. Approval of the nuclear deal with Iran from the Senate is also due by the end of September.
However, Cahn reminded people to look at the bigger picture and not on the dates. Although there are some signs aligning to the dates, he cited on his book "The Mystery of the Shemitah," Cahn stated that it is only to remind that the judgement is imminent. He said that America had "crossed the line" several times with abortion, removing prayer from schools and redefining marriage, pushing through the union of the same-sex.
"So I am calling for prayer, repentance, to commit this time for seeking God, in your life, seeking God individually, seeking God as a church, seeking God as a Bible study, seeking God as a movement, but devoting this time to be in prayer every day, in special prayer, of repentance, to get right, to get out of your life that which needs to be out and get in what has to be in," he concluded.
