Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - It was taken during an ultrasound by her husband; they saw their unborn baby clap three times, so the doctor rewound and scrubbed it as they sang again.
According to what Jen has written as the description of the video, they saw their baby was clapping during the ultrasound, so she and her doctor decided to sing while her husband filmed the amazing moment.
They captured the baby facing downwards while clapping those tiny hands. In a small study conducted in the UK, findings say children can recognize the music they were exposed to during the time in their mothers' wombs. Later on, they learn to prefer this music for at least a year after birth.

Dr. Alexandra Lamont, of the Music Research Group from the University of Leicester's School of Psychology who conducted the study, said that they have discovered babies can remember and prefer music they were exposed to since about three months before their birth, as written in an article posted in the Educational Cyber Playground.
