Poland to Build One of the World's Tallest Virgin Mary Statues

Poland is set to unveil one of the tallest Marian monuments in the world, as billionaire Roman Karkosik and his wife plan to construct a massive 180-foot (55-meter) statue of the Virgin Mary near the town of Kikola. This towering tribute will far exceed the height of Brazil's iconic Christ the Redeemer, which stands at 98 feet (30 meters).
