LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - In just three years, Catholic Online School is approaching one million enrollments, as people from 193 countries take courses. The most popular courses are Daily Readings with Deacon Fournier, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults with 'Certificate of Completion' (RCIA), and Confirmation with 'Certificate of Completion.'

Other popular courses and series include Explore the Bible, Purgatory, and

The school also has courses on history, such as The Knights Templar, and Ancient History.

These are just the most popular of many more!

In fact, there are as many as 6,000 video lessons in the school, all mobile friendly. In some parts of the world, where religious books are impossible to find, some Catholic parishes are relying exclusively on Catholic Online School for their educational material.

Catholic Online School is growing rapidly, while Catholic schools around the world are in decline, especially in the United States. Sadly, many Catholic schools have lost their way.

What's going on in there?

Catholic schools have declined by 50% since their height in the 1960s. In the last decade alone, 1,400 Catholic schools closed their doors, forever.

Only 2.8% of teachers in these schools belong to the clergy. And many of these schools are hiring non-Catholics and even atheists to teach students.

Ask any Catholic school graduate to recite the Ten Commandments. Most simply cannot do it. It's evident many Catholic schools have lost their way.

But the Holy Spirit is showing us a new way. Thanks to the power of the internet, Catholic Online School is a beacon of hope for the Church, and for millions of people seeking FREE Catholic education.

Jesus did not charge tuition, and neither do we. No student ever has to pay for their Catholic education, nor should they. The Gospel is a free gift. And we are expanding on that by creating courses on every subject we can, from Language Arts and all the Humanities, to Math, Science, Engineering, and more.

Our mission is to provide a free, world-class, Catholic education for anyone, anywhere.

Of course, missions need support. Even Jesus relied on the support of good people He encountered along the way. And we need yours.

As we continue to write new Catholic courses, we need your support more now than ever. Our burgeoning enrollments are asking for more lessons on more topics, and we are working all 52 weeks of the year to deliver these as fast as we can while remaining absolutely faithful to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church. We don't take summers off from working and serving the needs of those who come to us.

There is no amount of help too small. In fact, our school is sustained almost entirely on small donations. However, it works because the Holy Spirit multiplies the loaves and fishes people give, and it makes all the difference in the world.

Today, by delivering your humble bit of bread, you can make the difference for someone, somewhere, who is struggling with their faith. You can be the reason they come to the Church and flourish within it.

We are willing to do anything it takes to make this mission a success. And with the grace of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we are confident of our growing success. Thank you for your support.
