La Arquidiocesis de San Juan de Cuyo (Argentina) inicio una investigacion por el presunto abuso sexual cometido por el P. Walter Bustos contra un menor de edad.

(ACI Prensa) -A traves de un comunicado emitido el 30 de agosto, la arquidiocesis dijo que tomo conocimiento de una denuncia contra el presbĂÂtero por el "posible delito de corrupcion o abuso sexual en el Ă¡mbito familiar de un menor de 15 anos de edad".
Luego de hablar con el P. Bustos se tomaron las medidas estipuladas en el Codigo de Derecho Canonico y las normas de la Conferencia Episcopal Argentina.
Dado lo anterior, el sacerdote fue separado de toda funcion pastoral hasta que "se esclarezcan los presuntos episodios denunciados".
En tanto, la Arquidiocesis de San Juan de Cuyo inicio "una investigacion preliminar que ayude a descubrir la veracidad de los hechos, lo cual no reemplaza ni suple la tarea de la accion judicial".
En ese sentido, se comprometio a "colaborar con la justicia en todo lo que este a nuestro alcance para establecer las responsabilidades que correspondan en una situacion tan dolorosa".
