Lider musulman reconoce que sin cristianos no puede haber un Medio Oriente

Ante el exodo de los cristianos provocado por el terrorismo, la guerra y la persecucion, el jeque Abdel Latif Darian, mufti del Libano, afirmo que sin ellos "no podra haber un Medio Oriente".

ROMA (ACI Prensa) - Asi lo dijo en un discurso pronunciado hace una semana en la ceremonia de entrega de diplomas por el fin de curso de unos 350 estudiantes de los centros Makased, las escuelas privadas musulmanas en el pais.
"Cuidado con que Medio Oriente se quede vacio de cristianos. No podra haber un Medio Oriente sin los cristianos orientales que vivan con nosotros en una misma nacion y que compartan el mismo pan y respiren el mismo aire", indico el lider musulman.
"Tenemos el mismo destino, nuestro futuro sera juntos o no sera", afirmo el mufti, un titulo del islam sunita para quien es un jurisconsulto o interprete de la sharia (ley islamica) y que tiene la autoridad para emitir dictamenes legales.
Abdel Latif Darian, en su discurso recogido por los medios locales, hizo un llamado a los cristianos a "permanecer en sus paises de origen y a no responder bajo ninguna circunstancia de presion y transito para emigrar".
Lamento que "el desplazamiento de cristianos por un punado de extremistas musulmanes" y dijo que "los terroristas son un crimen contra todos nosotros".
SegĂÂşn informo la agencia vaticana Fides, Abdel Latif Darian fue electo como mufti del Libano en agosto de 2014 y "es conocido por ser un hombre de dialogo y vision de futuro".
Fides recordo que en uno de sus primeros discursos el mufti condeno el enfrentamiento entre los sunitas y chiitas en Medio Oriente y que tambien afecta a los cristianos.
