We ask you, urgently: don't scroll past this
Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. If everyone gave just $5, the cost of a coffee, we could rebuild stronger and keep Catholic education free for all. Stand with us in faith. Thank you.Help Now >

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The Lord tells us not to be afraid (Isaiah 41:10), that He is with us, He will help us and He will uphold us.
There is no better time to trust in the Lord than today. Right now.
The United States is tasting the smallest of samples many Middle Eastern and African countries deal with every single day.
Overall, the world is giving way to hatred, fear and suspicion.
What can a Christian do about it? Pray.
The Bible tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to pray without ceasing.
So join Catholic Online in a prayer for all humanity:
Bless us all, 0 Lord, we pray, for loved ones, here and near, and far away.
And everyone for whom we pray.
Keep us safe each night and day, the homeless who have no place to stay.
Those who are suffering in any way.
The dying, those mourning or grieving and all who need God's mercy.
Keep us safe, Heavenly Father, when we are at home, or traveling on our way, or when we are vulnerable, or in danger in any way.
Most merciful Father, hear us as we pray for the souls in Purgatory, or who may be sent there some day.
In addition, Lord, we ask peace to the fearful, strength for the weak and compassion for the broken.
We pray for an end to the wars of the world, Father God, and we pray for those affected by the ongoing attacks.
Release us from fear, Jesus, and make us whole in your Holy Spirit.
Thank you Father for your protection, mercies, blessings and forgiveness.
Amen.
