LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Eager Catholics are expected to snap up 10,000 tickets to a Papal event in Philadelphia within just minutes. Pope Francis will be giving a speech in front of Independence Hall. The speech will discuss immigration and religious freedom, according to organizers.
The tickets are expected to sell out online within minutes. They will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis, and buyers will only be allowed to purchase four tickets apiece.
Several thousand other tickets will be given out to church communities with large immigrant populations to ensure diversity in the audience.
The speech will be delivered on September 26.
