Stranger buys single mother a car.

Struggles are often faced with anxiety and despair, so when a struggling single mom from Ashville, North Carolina's car broke down, she begged for a miracle. For Connie Cole, a 32 year old mother of three, life was not all butterflies and meadows, in fact, she was barely making ends meet - and the last thing on her mind was spending thousands of dollars to get her car fixed or purchasing a new one.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - Cole called the Carolina Auto Sales office and with desperation in her voice, she asked the representative on the other line for help on finding a car she could actually afford. Little did she know, the phone was set on speaker and a stranger listening in could sense that she was really in need of help.

The man, who chose to be anonymous, turned out to be her savior and refuge in her hour of need. WLOS-TV stated that the man was touched and immediately began to contemplate on buying a car for a woman he never met.

Wesley Gurley, owner of the dealership, mentioned that Cole's voice was indeed moving. But he didn't actually believe the unidentified "Good Samaritan" would seriously think about purchasing a car for a complete stranger. The man claimed he prayed for a sign from God that he should buy a car for Cole.

When Cole dropped by the dealership about an hour later, she was surprised to find the man volunteering to pay for the car she needed. Her benefactor shouldered the payment for a $2,200 2004 Chevy Impala and even gave her $100 for gas. Cole's father also chipped in and provided $800 for a possible down payment.

The speechless mother couldn't thank the anonymous man enough. She mentioned that her faith has increased and intensified even more, now that she has truly experienced the Lord's grace and blessing.
