BHOPAL, INDIA (Catholic Online) - The Bishop of Bhopal has asked all faithful to join him in prayers for the souls of the departed.
The Archbishop, Dr. Leo Cornelio, spoke to a crowd of 4,800 people assembled to pray for the souls of the departed. "We have assembled in a solemn gathering in remembrance of those Catholic souls who have left us. We wish their souls have peace in heaven."
Remember your faithful departed here and light a candle in their memory now.
The faithful then placed flowers on the graves of their loved ones following a procession through their community.
