LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Catholic Online successfully launched the first ever 'Prayer and Action' Day in solidarity with Pope Francis via a live Google hangout today.

The first Friday of every month between now and 2025, will be 'Prayer and Action' Day where through your 'Prayer and Action' we will answer Pope Francis's call to in the world hunger.

In the video, Deacon Fournier explained that "Catholic Online stands at the nexus of people, technology, and faith." This unique positioning allows Catholic online to play an important role in answering the Holy Father's call.
