Obama's Legacy: Campaign Chaos

Free World Class Education
FREE Catholic Classes

Beyond the heated political rhetoric and social fray, unprecedented mayhem and chaos seem to be evolving swiftly in the world in the US and all around us. At times, I find myself wondering quietly, "When and where will it end?" Long gone are the days when our American leaders worked to gain favor with the American people through being patriotic and working diligently for the good of America and the global community at large. Seemingly long gone are the days when our military were revered for their sacrifice, and bipartisan Congress worked together amicably and did not go on break until their legislative tasks were completed.

For seven long years we have endured watching our President bestow his attention and his presence on subversive characters and agendas, while dissing important world dignitaries and allies, as well as, long standing American traditions such as placing ones hand over their heart during the pledge of allegiance. We have endured the imperial reign of an emperor posing as an elected public servant, despite birth certificate issues, while overtly and covertly rebuking what is good and right and true. We have observed, as Obama vacations with his family like a king, despite the poverty of the American people and the global community. We have witnessed Obama leading with an iron rule through executive orders and unilateral decision making, attempting to reach beyond the hand of Congress. Yes, we have seen it all.

Presently, our president is 'visiting' communist Cuba, and atheists are fighting hard to remove the very existence of God from our society and culture. Even the Little Sisters of the Poor are being forced by The Emperor to fund Planned Parenthood against their consciences and Catholic vows, and Christian American's are fighting fervently for our president to recognize that ALL SOULS MATTER. In particular, thousands of Christians are the focus of persecution and even genocide, with terrorist activity occurring even on American turf.

Those who vie to fill President Obama's presidential shoes are fighting with everything they have to win the American people's favor.  Will his kingship end with the next election or set a precedence for future presidents? Will it end when people regain the sensibilities that accompany respect for all that is good, all that is of God? One can only hope.

Yes, America has endured much these past 7 years, but we now have an extraordinary opportunity and responsibility to reclaim this great country once again, and get back on track through prayer and voting. We have the privilege to rise above all the negativity and choose candidates who are fair, honest, and who have integrity.

The US presidency is not a job for a 'Goodfella' cowboy candidate obsessed with ruling and bullying the American people with turmoil, power and tyranny.

It is not a job for a pro-abortion Socialist, either, one who plans to give away the hard earned assets of the American people to those who refuse to work.

It is also not a job for someone who will do anything to lie, and has done so, while selling out the Ambassador in Benghazi and also while protecting Planned Parenthood, a leading US organization that murders 333,000 babies per year in the name of women's rights with a total disregard for the sanctity of human life or the civil rights of the unborn.

Nor is the presidency a job for a politician without boundaries and policies to effectively monitor and control immigration. We don't need to like the candidates we vote for. We just need to vote with a conscience in a way that keeps the future of our children and grandchildren in mind.

The best candidate for the job will be the one who has God in the center of his or her career as evidenced by a proven Pro-life track record that preserves both religious freedom and the constitution of the US: In God we trust. It is imperative that we allow Pro-life issues to guide us in who we will vote for to lead this great country for the next four years, for these issues are, indeed a litmus test for compassion and civility. For our greatness as a country is best reflected in how we protect and treat the most vulnerable citizens among us: The poor, the sick and the unborn.

As for me? I know he is far from perfect, but I am looking for a Ted Cruz sign for my lawn.
