Sunday, April 20, 9-10:30 a.m. EDT (EWTN) "Pope Benedict XVI's Apostolic Visit to the U.S." Pope Benedict visits the former World Trade Center site known as ground zero in New York.

Sunday, April 20, 2-5 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "Pope Benedict's XVI's Apostolic Visit to the U.S. -- Mass at Yankee Stadium." Pope Benedict celebrates Mass at Yankee Stadium in New York, bringing his U.S. visit to a close.

Sunday, April 20, 8-9 p.m. EDT (PBS) "The Gorilla King." Titus, king of the mountain gorillas of Rwanda, is one of only 700 of his kind alive today. Ian Redmond documents Titus' extraordinary life, from his early days to his rise to power as a silverback. A presentation of "Nature" (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).

Sunday, April 20, 9-11 p.m. EDT (Discovery) "Expedition Alaska." Expedition Alaska will follow a team of naturalists, scientists and filmmakers in search of the state's most extraordinary wildlife. Over the course of 40 days in the wilderness, they'll track and film some of the world's most stunning animals in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

Monday, April 21, 10-11:30 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Dance in America: Wolf Trap's Face of America." This "Dance in America" special from the "Great Performances" series features highlights from Wolf Trap's "Face of America" initiative, which commissions new works by the country's top choreographers and musicians, with the ultimate goal of fostering a commitment to preserve national parks (TV-G -- general audience).

Tuesday, April 22, 10-11 p.m. EDT (PBS) "The Creek Runs Red." This program explores the human response to an environmental disaster and the complex connection between people and place in the mining town that the Environmental Protection Agency calls the most toxic place in America: Picher, Okla. Terrence Howard hosts this presentation of "Independent Lens" (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).

Thursday, April 24, 10-11:30 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Primo." This one-man play recounts the Holocaust experiences of Primo Levi, an Italian chemist interned at Auschwitz in the final year of World War II. The "Great Performances" presentation was written by and stars Sir Antony Sher (TV-PG/L -- parental guidance suggested; infrequent coarse language).
