Rufus and Zosimus were citizens of Antioch (or perhaps Philippi) who were brought to Rome with St. Ignatius of Antioch during the reign of Emperor Trajan. Dear Saint Rufus,
Please help me through this time of healing from my recent surgery, please help me to realize the love and care that all have for me. Please help me to find the right path when I am in complete darkness. Please help those who are sick or healing. Help those who have lost loved ones through a sickness or disease such as cancer.
We ask this through Jesus' name,
    AMEN

Please pray for Jacob that he finds the right path, for his mother that the doctors can slow the progression of her disease and for all cancer patients that they deal with their disease with grace and dignity. Thank you.

Dear St. Rufus, Please pray for us for the strength to suffer for our faith, since today martyrdom involves a lot of silent suffering and endurance.

How I wish to hear the Faithful American Catholics fearlessly defending the Faith of Our Fathers always and everywhere. Sadly many of those in Public Life have become "Judases" and are betraying Jesus every day. How sad. I pray that He will be born in their hearts and souls this Christmas

Gina, you are right on the money (changers!). The West is dying for lack of Christian zeal. Doubtless those who ever counsel us to be nicer than Jesus would have never dared rescue Christian slaves like the Saint that will be the focus of this site on Dec 20.

Come to www.archangelinstitute.org to see one such battle in heated exchange at this time. I am hilt deep into the Phillistines and they are throwing some sharp metals my way as well.

Yes sometimes we must be daring, but even more than that we must be humble and meek. For if we are daring without humility we will gain nothing for others or ourself.

How bold will we be for Christ? These days we are so "polite" as Christians that we do not stand up for Him. We need to be more reckless (think of Jesus overturning the tables in the temple.), more daring.
