Sainte Fortunata serait la même martyre que sainte Eutichiana - Fortunata est une vierge martyre morte en 303 à Césarée en Israel - ses reliques sont vénérées à Naples depuis le VIIIè siècle -
On peut voir une martyre en cire de Sainte Eutichiana dans l'église de Sermentizon dans le département du Puy de Dome, en France et dont le cou porte la trace d'un objet lui ayant tranché la gorge et probablement son martyre.
