Hi
You state that St Barrog was a 7 th century saint & disciple of St Cadoc. However, St Cadoc was a 6th century saint, and as St Barrog (Barruc) drowned whilst with St Cadoc (Caradoc of Llancarfan's 'Life of St Cadoc'), then surely St Barrog is a 6th century saint.
