Mater Eucharistiae impresses listeners worldwide

ATLANTA, GA (Sept. 26, 2013) - The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist's debut CD, MATER EUCHARISTIAE, continues to be a bestselling album, securing the No. 1 spot on Billboard magazine's Classical Traditional Charts for the sixth consecutive week.

Amy Grant, the bestselling contemporary Christian music singer of all time and a multiple Grammy Award winner, recently praised the Dominican Sisters of Mary on her Facebook page.

"I am so proud of my dear friends The Dominican Sisters of Mary (aka "The Singing Nuns") for their chart topping success with the release of their new CD MATER EUCHARISTIAE," Grant said. "Their music is timeless, beautiful and very unique."

MATER EUCHARISTIAE has consistently held off challenges for the top spot on the Billboard chart from prominent artists such as Andrea Bocelli, The Piano Guys, Sarah Brightman and Lindsey Sterling, among others.

"We are so thrilled and wish to congratulate The Dominican Sisters of Mary for this outstanding accomplishment of reigning at the top of the chart for the sixth week in a row," said Monica Fitzgibbons, cofounder of De Montfort Music. "This is a huge victory for hearts everywhere, and we are thankful to all who are supporting and spreading the great word about this beautiful collection of music."
