WALES, WI (February 26, 2010) - Former homemaker Beth Durkee never imagined that she would one day expose her deepest thoughts and feelings to the world. It was only after months of lonely suffering through the unwanted collapse of her own marriage and family, and the discovery of a large community of others in her same situation, that Beth decided to put her pen to paper with an intimate and very public exposition of the growing societal sicknesses of adultery and marital abandonment.

"If I can help even one injured spouse to feel less discarded or less alone in her/his situation, or if I can help just one straying souse to stay home and work through marriage problems, then the months of writing and research I invested in my book will have been very well spent," says Beth.

Now Christian author Beth Durkee has lived in Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, Ohio and Maryland. She attends weekly mass in Pewaukee, Wisconsin and is a 1992 graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
