Long an annual staple of the Plainfield community, the weekly fish fry will feature several meal options on the menu with Icelandic Cod and shrimp dinners, as well as Deacon Jim’s Grilled Cheese sandwich, better than ‘Mickey D” fish sandwich and by the slice cheese pizza. All fish is battered and deep fried in peanut oil, meaning 0 Trans Fats. Diners with allergies to peanuts or peanut derived products should order the cheese pizza or the grilled cheese sandwich. Dinner choices include baked potato or fries, coleslaw, roll and butter. Beverages including pop, water, cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the cash bar. The Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights will be sponsoring the annual dessert table of homemade delicious treats.

Each night a 50/50 raffle will be conducted and throughout the entire season of Lenten fish fries.
