Billy Atwell
Billy Atwell currently serves as Coordinator for The Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview. In addition to Catholic Online, he is a contributing writer for BreakPoint, The Point blog, and has been quoted in publications such as Christianity Today.
By the time he was 21-years-old, Billy was a two-time cancer survivor. In his first battle with cancer, he endured his chemotherapy and surgeries with a strong and vibrant faith. But in his second battle with cancer, he fell to temptation and his faith crumbled. He doubted whether or not God could be compassionate while allowing him to suffer so much. In rebuilding his faith and relationship with God, he felt compelled to teach others about how to avoid spiritual cancers and the keys to living a genuine Christian Worldview.
Billy received a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Philosophy from East Carolina University.
Billy currently lives in the Diocese of Arlington, VA and can be found on the web at www.billyatwell.org.More Contributors
