GREEN BAY, WI (November 23, 2009) - Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity feature a Thanksgiving audio feast of music: Singer Songwriter Arlan Feiles' "I Wonder" and Christian Singer Carolyn Arends "I Am A Soul". Celebrating an abundance of God's goodness this harvest season, the Franciscan Sisters invite you to ruminate on to Arlan Feiles' powerful, reflective song, 'I Wonder'. Contemplate wonderful, insightful lyrics, a singer songwriter compared to Bob Dylan or Paul Simon, with a flair for majestic, yet simple melodies. His music is shaped with the Thanksgiving spirit of a strong sense of justice and love - as he sings "We are building something larger than those mountains."

Inspired by a conversation on the reality
of material existence, Carolyn Arends "I Am A Soul" beautifully articulates a sense of spiritual transcendence: Molecules and atoms, just like Eve and Adam. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Even still I wonder - when we are six feet under, will that truly be the end of us?"
