PORTLAND, OR (September 19, 2011) - OCP, the nation's top publisher of liturgical resources, has announced a new Mass setting supplement for its popular contemporary song books, Spirit & Song 1 and 2 to bring these beloved contemporary, Catholic music resources up to date with the new Roman Missal, Third Edition.

The 40-page Spirit & Song Revised Order of Mass with Supplemental Mass Settings booklet contains the revised Order of Mass, official Roman Missal chants, as well as lyrics and melodies for six Mass settings chosen specifically for contemporary ensembles--including the new bilingual setting Misa Santa Cecilia and revised editions of Mass of a Joyful Heart and Mass of Glory, both from Spirit & Song, Vol. 1.

As a service to its customers, OCP is sending free copies of the new supplemental Mass settings booklet to purchasers of Spirit & Song books in the past six years and will include them with any future purchases of a Spirit & Song series songbook.

"We are committed to providing our customers and their worship communities the music and resources they need to pray and sing to our God today, tomorrow and beyond," says OCP publisher, John Limb. "Providing the Mass setting supplement for each Spirit & Song book in their pews ensures that we help our partners in ministry make the transition to the new Roman Missal as smooth as possible."

Additional copies of the Spirit & Song Revised Order of Mass with Supplemental Mass Settings booklets can be purchased for $1.99 at 30106847.
