In today's Gospel Our Lord talks about the number of the elect, of those who will be saved. Fr. Bonaventure explains that we have much to worry about in this regard since he says the number will be few. This is confirmed by the Fathers and Doctors of the Church. He stresses the need to have recourse to the mercy of God through the sacraments of the Church and� lead others to Holy Mother Church to devotion to Christ and His Mother. Ave Maria!
