Oct 05 - Homily - Fr Dominic: Martha and Mary
Uploaded by AirMaria on Oct 5, 2010
Fr. Dominic preaches on the Gospel story of the two sisters Martha and Mary where Mary sits at the feet of our Lord listening while Martha complains that she is left with all the work. He relates these two sisters the two forms of life, the contemplative by Mary and the active by Martha. He points out that both are needed but the contemplative is more important as Our Lord says, "Mary has chosen the best part, which shall not be taken away from her." Ave Maria!
