LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The Daily Mail included a clip of an FSA soldier running up to a tank and tossing a grenade down its barrel.
The video shows the man toss a grenade down the barrel then quickly retreat.
The sound of gunfire and "Allah akbar" can be heard in the background as the man runs toward the camera.
Seconds later the grenade goes off.
Normally a grenade causes an explosion that consumes itself.
When a grenade creates a fire, it is often the result of something flammable catching in the face of the explosive heat, which seems to have been the case in the tank.
Flames and smoke shoot from the end of the barrel and porthole as several FSA soldiers cry "Allah Akbar."
The flames continue for several seconds before the flame is replaced with smoke. The incident was recorded in 2013 but was only recently shared around the world.
