El Salvador teen MS-13 gangsters 'barbarically' rape 16-year-old girl in NYC

52,000 unaccompanied children crossed the border last year.

Held without bail and charged as adults with rape, assault, sexual abuse, robbery and other crimes, three teenagers from the MS-13 gang plead "not guilty." Bryan Larios, 18, Joel Escobar, 17, and Jose Cornejo, 17, reportedly raped a 16-year-old girl after threatening to go into the woods near a golf course where she was later found almost naked. The victim remembers the tattoo on one of the perpetrators, which helped the police easily identify the suspect.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - "This is one of the most brutal, heinous crimes that I have seen in a long, long time. This poor young woman is so lucky that, quite frankly, that she is alive. These are vicious young men, vicious young men, and what they did to her was absolutely terrible," said Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota during a news conference, as cited from a WND report.

The suspects were arrested hours after the May 29 attack and were all charged with the crimes as adults despite their age. Allegedly, one of them kept watch while the other two assaulted and raped the girl within the area of the Brentwood Country Club.

All three boys are members of the notorious international gang, which requires its initiates to perform heinous crimes, like gang rapes, to gain membership. Operating in various states throughout the United States, the highly organized gang is said to be concentrated in the metropolitan areas with a high population of illegal immigrants, which are their primary source for new recruits.

Reports claim there are a lot of illegal aliens living within the country as children without adult family members.

"Unfortunately, the bleeding hearts and amnesty pushers passing out blankets at the border have put American lives in danger. The horrific rape is a reminder of the criminal element among the 52,000 unaccompanied children who entered our country illegally last year amid hyped and teary-eyed media reports," wrote American Thinker's M. Catherine Evans, according to the report.

WND added that the gang members beat up and robbed the victim's friend first in Brentwood middle school before threatening her with a weapon and driving her into the woods.
