Annual awards for Saginaw County, Michigan residents who are graduating or have graduated from Saginaw High School or Arthur Hill High School and are enrolled full-time at a Michigan college/university or vocational school. Applicant must be a member* of the St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Selection based on minimum 3.0 GPA, scholastic record, essay, leadership, recommendations, and community involvement. Award amount may vary. Nonrenewable. *Qualified memberships include the applicant's parent(s), legal guardian(s), or grandparent(s), if the grandparent(s) are responsible for the spiritual upbringing of the applicant and the applicant does not belong to another church.
