As we approach Christmas, the liturgy begins its proximate preparation for Christmas. Fr. Maximilian comments on today's collect for us, comparing it to St. Augustine's phrase "Ever Ancient, Ever New," and then shows what is happening "between the lines" in today's readings. Ave Maria!
