Fr. Elias preaches on the feast of the Chair of St. Peter and how it relates to Pope Benedict's abdication to take place next week. The chair is a symbol of the pope's temporal power as well as his spiritual, pointing to the fact that the Church is established in the world as the teaching authority in order to point the way for the Lord's flock to get to  heaven.
