Vatican celebrates 30 anniversary of Code of Canon Law

Uploaded by on Jan 23, 2013 January 25, 2013 will be the 30th anniversary for the proclamation of the Code of Canon Law, the system of law and practices the Catholic Church abides by, since its renewal in 1983 following several revisions to include decisions from the Second Vatican Council. The Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts and the Joseph Ratzinger Vatican Foundation will organize a conference in Rome to spread knowledge of the Code.
