Y es que la grandiosidad de la obra de Miguel Ángel hace que las demás pasen inadvertidas. Entre ellas, este ala del Museo que recoge cerca de 80.000 obras de antiguas civilizaciones. Es el Museo Misionero-Etnológico Vaticano. Una colección que recorre las antiguas civilizaciones de América, Oceanía, Asia y África y que fue impulsada por Pío XI en 1926.
