Fr. Elias preaches on the life of St. Gregory the Great and his stress on confession. He also mentions that today is Labor Day and how the Church focuses not only on eternal life with the sacraments, but is also concerned with this life and building up Christian civilization here and now. He then relates this to the liturgy and then to other human activities, adding teaching from the Church's social encyclical Rerum Novorum. Ave Maria!
