Application Requirements

We value the integrity and quality of our network and publisher community. Our adherence to strict publisher standards enables us to attract premium advertisers, which in turn provides you with access to high-quality, visually appealing advertising creative that is relevant to your specific target audience.
Websites must meet the following minimum technical and editorial requirements to be eligible to host advertisements within the Catholic Online Advertising (COLA). For complete terms and conditions please refer to our
Publisher Agreement.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Websites must receive more than 1,000 unique online visitors per month.
- Traffic cannot be generated by utilizing any of the following methods: listings on newsgroups, unsolicited bulk commercial e-mailings, instant messenger postings, chat room postings.
- Traffic cannot be generated by engaging in fraudulent methods including: robots, spiders, auto-spawning browsers, auto reloading, meta refreshes, or any other form of fraudulent or artificial traffic.
- Websites must be hosted under a root domain.
- Minimum Content Requirements.
- All website content must be in English and Spanish
- The website must attract a distinct audience.
- The website must be rich in high quality content.
- The website must not contain, produce or link to profane and/or adult content of any kind.
The website cannot contain or be related to anything illegal in nature. This includes but is not limited to websites promoting mp3, warez, EMU, ROM, or any other form of illegal products or content.
Catholic Online Advertising (COLA) is 100% committed to the ongoing quality assessment of our network. Publishers must be compliant with our
Publisher Agreement not only at the time of application but on a day-to-day basis thereafter. We are constantly monitoring the sites in our publishing network, conducting regular quality reviews to ensure that only the highest quality media is available for placement to our advertisers.
