Mr. Hain is on the Board of Directors of TROVE Inc. and serves in the capacity of Senior Affiliate Partner and Advisor for the company. TROVE focuses on leadership development, executive coaching and strategic planning for companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He is on the Advisory Board of Ethikos, a consulting firm that coaches and trains the Fortune 1000 on business ethics. He is on the Board of Wilderness Works, a non-profit organization that focuses on the needs of disadvantaged inner city youth and provides them with safe and nurturing environments outdoors and in a clubhouse setting. He is on the Board of the Atlanta Union Mission, a non-profit group dedicated to serving the needs of our hungry, homeless, jobless and abused citizens. He has recently been elected to the Board of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

He is an active member of St. Peter Chanel Parish in Roswell and leads the St. Peter Chanel Business Association and St. Peter Chanel Jobs ministries. He is one of the organizers of the 1st Atlanta Catholic Business Conference to be held February 28th and is the founder of the Atlanta Chapter of the Woodstock Business Conference. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on a variety of topics related to business and faith in the Atlanta area. He lives in Roswell with his wife and their two sons.
