Ralph Sullivan wrote, "Do You Know What Your Son Said to Me," which chronicles the story of his son Jimmy's quest to use his suffering to draw others closer to God. Jimmy's mercy in deeds, words and prayer led Ralph to Divine Mercy.
Jon Gauthier, a St. Matthew parishioner, wrote Embracing Goodness because of his desire to share with his children a roadmap to respond to suffering through meditations on God's mercy, His love and His sacraments.
