Zuckerberg believes we will soon be able to share our thoughts as we think them, in real time.

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's CEO, shared and explained preparations the social media company is developing for the future. Through his profile's Q&A, he explained that he believes we will be soon able to send our thoughts out as we think them, with an optimum communication tool that may be available sooner or later. In the meantime, he revealed that he and his team are now concentrating on the development of artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and the internet.org.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - According to Zuckerberg, Facebook is now in the middle of the AI project, which is claimed to have better primary senses than humans, something that will be able to detect everything from an image or video.

They are also developing a system that focuses on language, enabling to easily translate a speech or text from one language or lingo to another, according to the Engadget report. AI is being developed with the company's vision of intelligent services becoming more beneficial in use as they look to the future.

VR glasses are going to be part of our daily lives, as far as Zuckerberg thinks. He said that through this, we will be able to share "experiences with those we love in completely immersive and new ways," like communicating our thoughts as we go through them in our minds. The CEO labelled it as the "next major computing and communication platform."

For internet.org, "the most basic tool people need to get the benefits of the internet." Facebook is currently on the works with their drones and satellite projects for its expansion.

"The idea is that in the future, we'll be able to beam down internet access from a plane flying overhead or a satellite flying way overhead -- and they'll communicate down to earth using very accurate lasers to transfer data," explained Zuckerberg.
