LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - There's more evidence that Hillary Clinton is a felon who should be locked in prison, not running for president. The State Department's Inspector General has found that Hillary Clinton broke the law by using a private server and deleting emails.

"Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary," the report reads. "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

In plain English, Hillary Clinton broke the law.

She was supposed to know better, but even ignorance is not a defense. As a result, she should be treated like any other citizen. She should be placed on trial, and when convicted, sent to prison, just like anyone else would be if they compromised state secrets and deleted evidence in an attempt to cover up or hinder an investigation.

At the very least, this reveals that Hillary Clinton is entirely untrustworthy. She should be disqualified from the office of president because she is now an on-the-record liar. And if she's telling the truth, that she did not somehow know she was breaking the law by using a private server and deleting emails, then she should be disqualified from the office because she is obviously ignorant.

But Hillary Clinton cannot claim ignorance.

She was notified in writing, before she took the job, that she would be bound by a myriad of rules and security protocols. She signed these agreements which undoubtedly would have forbidden her from using a private server or deleting emails.

Additionally, a staffer pointed out to Hillary Clinton that her use of a private server was a concern. It's on the record. As well as the staffer's punishment for speaking up:

"According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary's personal email system again," the report states.

The report also details the server being shut down in 2011, because of a hacking attack. At the time, the person responsible for managing the server shut it down because it was under attack. Supposedly, nobody gained unauthorized access to the server at that time, but apparently several hackers were reading her emails on a regular basis, as the legendary hacker "Guccifer" has attested.

Hillary Clinton is not the first Secretary of State to have issues with her email. Previous secretaries have also violated the law in their email dealings, which suggests a systematic culture problem exists within the State Department. This is a major issue and it is Obama's responsibility to crack down.

However, the fact that other secretaries have broken the law in similar fashion does not mean Hillary Clinton is innocent. Furthermore, none of those secretaries have asked to become president.

Hillary Clinton broke the law she promised to obey. She was warned of the danger, and even when danger arose, she simply doubled down for her convenience. Once caught, she deleted emails and attempted to hinder the investigation. Now she uses ignorance as an excuse, and argues that others have done similarly to her. That's the same kind of excuse teenagers use when they're caught, "but everybody else is doing it!'

That's untrue, of course. Nobody else hindered investigations or deleted emails.

Now she wants to be president, but we can't tell if she's ignorant or felonious. Either way, she's unfit for office.

We look forward to her indictment, assuming there's any integrity in the Obama administration, but we're not holding our breath.
