A second Planned Parenthood senior official casually discusses selling aborted baby parts.

The second revealing Planned Parenthood hidden camera video has been released by The Center for Medical Progress' "Human Capital" study and continues to prove the abortion giants sell aborted baby body parts for money.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) -  Where the first video shows Planned Parenthood's Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola sitting at lunch casually discussing the process and the different prices, this newly released video shows Mary Gatter, the Medical Director at Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley in California.

Gatter is also seen discussing selling aborted baby parts with undercover investigators pretending to be with a biotech company that buys baby body parts.

Similar to Nucatola's video, Gatter goes over the different desired prices for each specific body part. In the footage, she explains to the "potential buyers" that her abortion practitioners could alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby "in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion," according to LifeNews.com, "offering to use a 'less crunchy technique' to get more intact body parts."

When asked how much she wanted for intact "fetal tissue," Gatter replied, "Well, why don't you start by telling me what you're used to paying! You know, in negotiations whoever throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?"

In the beginning the Planned Parenthood senior official explained she didn't want to "lowball."

Although Gatter does insist Planned Parenthood is not in this business for the money, she consistently contradicts herself with statements like, "But it has to be big enough that it's worth while to me," and "Let me just figure out what others are getting, and if this is in the ballpark, then it's fine, if it's still low, then we can bump it up. I want a Lamborghini."

"The statements in the Gatter video prove that Cecile Richards flat-out lied when she said that Planned Parenthood does not profit in any way from the sale of aborted baby parts. It takes a lot of baby livers to buy a Lamborghini," said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, to LifeNews.com. "And now it also appears that Planned Parenthood is also lying to women, altering their procedures in order to get body parts that can be sold for profit. These represent serious legal and ethical breeches for which Planned Parenthood must be held accountable."

According to LifeNews.com, President Obama's reaction to the video and the entire situation is less than agreeable. Obama's top spokesman, Josh Earnest has explained that "Obama will definitely not agree with pro-life Republicans in Congress to revoke funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business."

This shouldn't come as too surprising since Dr. Nucatola is an Obama administration adviser and Planned Parenthood's CEO Cecile Richards has "hobnobbed with Obama at White House functions."

"Planned Parenthood's top leadership admits they harvest aborted baby parts and receive payments for this," noted CMP's Project Lead David Daleiden. "Planned Parenthood's only denial is that they make money off of baby parts, but that is a desperate lie that becomes more and more untenable as CMP reveals Planned Parenthood's business operations and statements that prove otherwise."
