''This is most likely linked to the series of anti-ISIS attacks we saw during the past week, ISIS is retaliating and using scare tactics.''

ISIS has released several images depicting the crucifixion of one of three accused spies in Libya. Despite the obvious gore and lack of humanity, one executioner is shown in a wheelchair.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The images were released by propaganda group al-Hayat and show one of three alleged spies dressed in orange jumpsuits being crucified.

Apparently the terrorist organization doesn't care if you are physically disabled - they still allow their members to take part in executions.

In one image, a Jihadi is pictured before an ISIS flag with his head covered and dressed in military fatigues. He wears tan sandals and white socks and stares at a "spy," who wears an orange jumpsuit and has his hands tied behind his back. A rope is attached to the man's stomach and disappears at the top of the image, seemingly connected to a makeshift crucifixion structure.

The image was released with a caption reading "The execution of spies in the city of Sirte."

The pictures were released following news of a sharpshooter killing three ISIS chiefs living in Libya.

Local reports claim each of the chiefs were killed by the same sniper, though the shooter has yet to take credit for his or her actions.

The second image revealed a note reading "Spy" taped to the crucified man's body. Black zip ties can be seen holding the man's wrists to the metal "cross" and the tape securing the note reaches around to the metal tower as well.

The third picture shows a man without a note on his stomach and does not specify whether it is the same person or if he was still alive when the image was taken.

The pictures were taken in Sirte, Libya, which has been reported to house top ISIS commanders.
Sirte was taken by ISIS only last year and has since become the site of extreme executions.

The city is believed to house roughly 3,000 fighters and is known for hanging four citizens from lampposts and beheading at least twelve people.

Michael Horowitz, an analyst at The Levantine Group, told NewsWeek, "This is most likely linked to the series of anti-ISIS attacks we saw during the past week, ISIS is retaliating and using scare tactics."

The New York Times reported that Secretary of State, John Kerry, said Libya required help if ISIS was to be eradicated.

"We're still not at the victory that we want to achieve and will achieve in either Syria or Iraq, and we have seen Daesh playing a game of metastasizing out to other countries, particularly Libya," Kerry stated. "We are committed to using every resource at our disposal in order to remain on the offensive on every front."
