'Cubs of the Caliphate': ISIS' army molds the next generation of terrorists
FREE Catholic Classes
A new ISIS propaganda video shows a batch of young people being trained by an army of militants. International humanitarian and anti-terrorism organizations are deeply concerned for the well-being of the children referred to as the "cubs of the caliphate," as well as their supposed impact in the development of religious extremism. According to experts, the video is showing off ISIS' capabilities to penetrate the younger generation in order to mold their next batch -- their next jihadists.
We ask you, humbly: don't scroll away.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - In the video, the young recruits are shown being trained in harsh environments under the supervision of a militant. They are seen running, climbing and crawling under barb wires and inside tiny tunnels, even posing under the terrorist flag armed with AK47s and rocket launchers, which they can barely carry with their bodies.
The young, small boys are initially shown reciting verses from the Qur'an.
"Indoctrinating kids with ISIS fanaticism is not only the easiest population to indoctrinate but also produces new generations of ISIS believers and ultimately at some point fighters. This is the way you build a Caliphate," said Steve Emerson, executive director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism, in a statement with The Daily Mail.
With this tactic of the Islamic extremists taking over the schools through "reprogramming" of the young minds, there is belief that the organization is starting to rebuild the Islamic societies in the tenets of their beliefs, encompassing almost all aspects of their lives.
The controversial video is being boasted by the organization, branding their young recruits as "martyrs" whenever they suffer amid the battlefield and even in suicide bombing missions.
In their commitment to religious extremism, their violent activities in the name of Islam is venerated as "martyrdom," their great honor.
