LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Life is hard for convicted mass murderer Anders Breivik, one of the world's most notorious inmates and mass murderers. Breivik went on a shooting and bombing spree in 2011, intended to draw attention to the influx of Islamic immigrants and other foreign influences. He has previously described himself as a fascist and a National Socialist.

Following his conviction, he was sentenced to 21 years in prison, with the possibility of parole in as little as 10 years, which is the maximum penalty in Norway.

Breivik has long complained about the nature of prison life and the condition under which he has been housed. In March, he filed a case against the Norwegian Correctional Service that his solitary confinement violated his human rights. He has now won that case, giving the prison four weeks to either appeal the decision or to improve his housing situation.

It should be understood that Norway has the most luxurious prison system in the world. Breivik has a three-room cell all to himself, with facilities for living, exercising and bathing. He has previously complained about not having the latest PlayStation video game console in his cell, and for not being allowed to access the Internet. Other complaints included guards and staff interfering with his personal schedule, his cell not having a view, and that he is not given candy. He has described his housing conditions as a "mini Abu Ghraib."

News reports indicate that he has recently been given an X-Box to replace his PlayStation 2 console.
