LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Posted on an ISIS site, the alarming video begins by showing footage of the horrifying Paris attack on November 13, where at least 129 innocent people were murdered.

"We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day, God willing, like France's and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, then we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington," stated a man identified as Al Ghareeb the Algerian, according to Reuters.

"I say to the European countries that we are coming, coming with booby traps and explosives, coming with explosive belts and (gun) silencers and you will be unable to stop us because today we are much stronger than before," Al Ghareeb the Algerian continued.

The authentication of the video has not been immediately determined, but it comes as the French government marks the Paris attacks as an act of war and declared they will not stop their air strikes against ISIS in the Syria and Iraq.

"We have decided to negotiate with you in the trenches and not in the hotels," exclaimed a second man in the video, identified as Al Karrar the Iraqi, to French President Francois Hollande, referring to international talks to end the Syrian war.

One of the biggest raids targeting the ISIS stronghold in Raqqa was launched on Sunday by French fighter jets, in coordination with U.S. forces.

As the world looks to Paris and all the other regions devastated by ISIS violence, it is important to remember who the real enemy is here. The Islamic State terrorist group will not stop, unless they are forced to stop.

10 Finally, let the mighty strength of the Lord make you strong. 11 Put on all the armor that God gives, so you can defend yourself against the devil's tricks. 12 We are not fighting against humans. We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and powers in the spiritual world. 13 So put on all the armor that God gives. Then when that evil day[a] comes, you will be able to defend yourself. And when the battle is over, you will still be standing firm. Ephesians 6:10-13
