These include potassium, lutein, and folate and was found to be a good source of B-vitamins, which fight diseases. This super food also provides vitamins C and E, which are said to help prevent cancer.

Avocados are high in good fat, the monosaturated fat that helps lower blood cholesterol, if eaten moderately.
