MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - According to the Daily Mail, Laura is blind and is in her final days of hospice, neither of which stop her husband Howard from making the most of their visits.

When Laura became too weak to sing Rosemary Clooney's "You'll Never Know" with Howard, he decided to serenade her while singing solo.

The couple's granddaughter, Erin Solari, recorded the beautiful moments and uploaded it to Facebook and YouTube where it was quickly shared and had over 3.6 million views.

"Love you... always have," Laura told her husband in the video. She then asked him to behave after she is gone.

As Laura expressed her love to Howard, music began to play and Howard serenaded her while gently touching her face.

Despite suffering macular degeneration, a condition leaving her only able to see shadow and light, Laura stared at Howard's face as he sang: "You'll never know just how much I miss you. You'll never know just how much I care."

Erin's quiet sniffling can be heard in the background as she recorded the couple's touching moment.

Howard lost most of his hearing but he lovingly sang the song that comforted his wife during his service in World War II.

Erin shared that her grandparents usually sang the love song together and even performed at their marriage vow renewal reception on their 50th wedding anniversary.

"At family gatherings, it was not uncommon for the two of them to sing this song together, each taking a verse and serenading the other," Erin said.

Although Laura was "too weak to sing", she was able to mutter the lyrics to Howard.

In the video Laura can be heard asking, "Isn't he sweet?" Howard ended the song and kisses his wife, who thanked him for his expression of love.

Shortly after the video went viral, Laura was allowed to return home to "live out her remaining few days" with Howard. She is currently alive and "resting peacefully at home."
