MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - "According to the report, [Green] threw up a gang sign at the camera and then ran into the store," said Bibb County Sheriff's office Lt. Sean DeFoe, during an interview with ABC News.

Police allegations say the group caused ruckus in the store to "see how much damage they could cause" based on the same statement from an employee interviewed, who claimed to have talked to Green in the parking lot. The mob was caught on tape as they dragged a Wal-Mart customer out from his wheelchair to the floor at 1:45 a.m.

Investigation reports state that the rioting mob consisted of 40 to 50 black individuals, some of which were female. "Some of the teens looked older than 17 and some looked younger, but each of them that we identify will be charged appropriately," said DeFoe.

Green happened to go back to the store, after his group caused damages by pulling down merchandise and destroying it, for his cellphone accidentally left inside. Consequently, the authorities were able to arrest him with charges of criminal street gang activity, inciting a riot and criminal damage to property.

Green told the police that they all came from a party before causing an estimate $2,000 worth of damages to the store. However, he refused to provide the names of the others, which the police are now running after. Green is now tied with a bond of $11,200 inside the county jail.
