LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - You can rock the baby, you can feed the baby or you can sing to the baby.
Kimberly Henderson of Sumter, South Carolina chose to sing to her one-year-old daughter one night and recorded their special moment.
Show your mom you appreciate her
Something she never intended or at all expected to happen with that video happened.
Kimberly's sister posted the footage of her sister singing Sam Smith's rendition of Whitney Houston's "How Will I Know" to her niece on Facebook and Youtube. Just like that Kimberly became a viral, social media sensation.
Kimberly was nervous of uploading the video herself because she felt she looked awful in it.
Her video has since received almost five million views.
"I woke up this morning and I was just in awe," she explained to ABC News. "I don't even know where to start. I uploaded it to Facebook and everybody just started sharing. And then the radio station in Seattle uploaded it and it's gotten like four million views."
This isn't the first performance Kimberly has given; she is a singer who has uploaded other songs onto her personal Youtube channel.
Kimberly can be found on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/kimberlyhendersonmusic.
