Editorial: The Homosexual Equivalency Movement and their Judicial and Legislative Accomplices

relationships its equivalent, the dominant media culture is using the homosexual equivalency movement's language of marriage equality.

Homosexual equivalency activists have even persuaded many to say that there is some new civil right for those who engage in homosexual practices and live under the same roof to be married. The bad guys are those who defend authentic marriage and insist that it is the best foundation for civil society. The intolerant are those who refuse to recognize such new rights, like this right to marry for people who are incapable of fulfilling the ends of marriage.

We are now branded as opposing equality! The effort also has as its clear intent the inclusion of practicing homosexuals as a suspect class under civil rights legislation. In other words, through the use of legislation and judicial opinions, the cultural revolutionaries intend to equate being a practicing homosexual with being a member of a legally protected minority class involving gender or race.Any who oppose them will face the police power of the State.

In this new judicial and legislative alchemy, complicit judges and legislators claim the power to change the truth. Theologians and Philosophers speak of ontology as the science or philosophy of being. For example, a rock is a rock and not a cabbage; a man is a man and a woman is a woman.

Marriage is ontologically between a man and a woman, ordered toward the union of the spouses and open to procreation which forms the foundation for family. These judicial and legislative alchemists are as mistaken in this claim as their ancestors were in their claim that they could change cheap metal into gold or mix an elixir which would overcome death.

Unchecked by any balance of power, the judicial alchemists follow what the legal positivists have long proclaimed, asserting that law is what the courts say it is. The legislative alchemists are complicit in the madness, building a tyrant State in the place of a society of true freedom.  Freedom can never be advanced through decisions made against the true and the good. In his powerful 1995 defense of Life, Blessed John Paul warned of a situation developing in the West wherein:

"The State is no longer the "common home" where all can live together on the basis of principles of fundamental equality, but is transformed into a tyrant State, which arrogates to itself the right to dispose of the life of the weakest and most defenseless members, from the unborn child to the elderly, in the name of a public interest which is really nothing but the interest of one part."

He warned that "the appearance of the strictest respect for legality is maintained, at least when the laws permitting abortion and euthanasia are the result of a ballot in accordance with what are generally seen as the rules of democracy. Really, what we have here is only the tragic caricature of legality; the democratic ideal, which is only truly such when it acknowledges and safeguards the dignity of every human person, is betrayed in its very foundations."

We know this has already happened in the struggle to defend our youngest neighbors in the womb from being killed at any time and for any reason through procured abortion. Their Natural Law Right to Life has been denied. Now, the same fate may soon befall Marriage. As we are responding in our defense of the Fundamental Right to life so we must respond in our defense of marriage. The future of authentic human freedom and a truly just society depend upon it.

We must expose and oppose the Homosexual Equivalency Movement, their Judicial and Legislative Accomplices and the New Alchemy.

Some of the details of what the Conservative Party (aided by the Liberals) have done. Mr Cameron, the Conservative Party leader (that's right, the Conservative Party) and Prime Minister, popped up one day out of the blue and said his government would pass gay marriage. There had been no mention of gay marriage in the party manifesto in the run up to the General Election, and no discussion within the conservative party or the nation concerning this matter. More, Mr Cameron announced that though people could submit their opposition to such a law the government would take no notice of it and would pass the law anyway. I kid you not. This was openly stated and has been carried out. The largest petition ever to oppose a government law was submitted to the government, hundreds of thousands of people protesting against the measure. All were ignored and the law has now been passed. It will be vetted by the Chamber of Lords and will pass into full implementation some time in May 2013. This measure was not even requested or urged by the gay community in the UK, many of whom are atheists and have nothing but contempt for the idea of getting married in a Church. But it gets worse. Cameron has promised that UK law will protect churches, teachers, marriage counselors, public workers, parents (re gay sex education in schools) i.e. anyone against being forced to do anything against their conscience. This is hogwash. Cameron knows, as everyone does, that British law is subject to European Union law and anyone who takes a case there against anyone opposing gay marriage or gay equality, in any area, will win. So churches will soon be forced to carry out gay marriages. Teachers, even in faith schools, will soon be forced to teach gay marriage and how it is equal to heterosexual marriage. Parents will be convicted and fined, possibly jailed, if they withdraw their children from school sex education classes. Teachers will be fired if they do not teach gay marriage. Any worker will lose his job if he opposes gay marriage or gay equivalency. The England that used to exist died last week. A new England is rising - a sinister, threatening, anti-democratic, anti-liberty nation. Especially when one considers that the Cameron government passed another law at the same time as the gay marriage bill. Hidden in all the furore: this bill will make it possible for government bodies and agencies to accuse private citizens of crimes but the person accused will not be allowed to know what crime he is accused of: everything will be heard in secret courts and the evidence presented by the agencies will never be published. Again, I kid you not. This is modern England. The England of Shakespeare, Henry V, Robin Hood, The battle of Britain, of Nelson, of Cromwell, of Elizabeth I, the England of the 'Mother of Parliaments', of Magna Carta is dead. So beware America. Take heed. The same forces that are now beginning to crush the British people are also at work in your country. Defend yourselves and your families now, before it is too late.

Pray for the Boys Scouts and their leadership. Pray they listen to our Lord. The Girl Scouts did not and now the leftist feminist national leaders have corrupted the mission.

If we lose both the Girls Scouts and the Boy Scouts the secular world will have our children.

To defeat evil one must be able to identify it. Our political leaders are telling us what is evil is good and what is good is evil. Our spiritual leaders are shy about speaking out and identifying evil as to not offend anyone.

"Bless you who are persecuted ...all because of me, your reward will be in heaven."

May we all take comfort in the words of our Lord.

    Dear Deacon Fournier,

The Peace of Christ to you!

Thank you for once again helping us Christians to recollect ourselves in this ongoing battle against the spiritual entropy of the new world order. As Christians, we really do need to hear our pastors speaking out courageously against the anti-human and anti-Christ attacks we face. It's so difficult to see my county (Canada) fall, within my own lifetime, from at least a veneer of Christian morality to a place of spiritual derangement and psychological insanity. It feels like the rug is being constantly pulled out from under my life, day after day. Thank you, dear Deacon, for your constant encouragement! Also, I pray that people who have the opportunity will go to Mass more than just once a week. We really need the power of the Lord to radiate in our lives during the cataclysmic struggles of our times. Let us love in His truth, helping our neighbours to see beyond the masks and costumes that they wear as they attempt to disguise themselves from God!

    Your brother in Christ,

    Clinton

Another great article Deacon Fournier. In all the places where these atta Marriage & Family, I too am struck with the audacity of the politicians to believe in their self appointed authority to rewrite the nature of Marriage Faith and Reason. Let those politicians be put on call in Illinois, Minnesota, and rhode islan Phillipines, Costa Rica, France, Ireland, and England that We the People th Faith in the Creator will vote them out of office and a new breed of politi respect the Creator, Mother Earth, each and every human Life and those as Life, Marriage & Family. Praying People will Unite and take on the Secular forces at work in the world.

I am not surprised at the news that Homo-sexual, Lesbian Equivalency is legalized in the British Parliament and Judiciary. often, Politicians look more for " cote banks" and " convenience" rather than " Convictions". Religion and Church is the " moral authority". What if the majority Protestant Church itself justifies " Homosexuals and Lesbians" even to be ordained as priest and bishops, what credibility do they have and for their voice in the parliament?? Any misuse of nature, whether human or ecology will not go unpunished. The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah is only a symbolic expression of the " reign of immorality" which itself contains the " sulfur" to be burned. No accomplices of human agency can alter reality. AIDS and MORE AIDS will be the outcome The moral dehydration of Europe should be a lesson for the rest of the world. Truly, family should become the expression of "Fa" = father and "MI"= mummy - when come together " lee"= truly a " Glee". A " Famiglee" with faith in Jesus and his Word can gradually change the world.
