DOJ Lends Support to Planned Parenthood Lawsuit in AZ
Right before an election, pro-lifers across America have to be the most vigilant
The Grand Canyon State is once again positioned at the center of the battle between federal and state powers. This time, Arizona has become the unlikely battleground for the Culture of Life to go head-to-head with the dystopia of death abortion offers.
This month, the U.S. Department of Justice resurrected the Obama administration's war on the unborn by issuing a brief in support of the lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood, just in time for election day.
H.B. 2800 was co-authored by the Susan B. Anthony List and the Alliance Defending Freedom. While the Arizona law is a plus for the pro-life movement, the bill did not forbid providing money to Planned Parenthood and other similar businesses - the bill did not forbid state-funded abortions. The law does, however, ensure that state money for healthcare goes to medical centers that offer a type of "whole" person care and are not limited to offering only certain types of health-related services. As Governor Brewer explained at its passing, the law "closes loopholes in order to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not used to fund abortions".
With all the news about President Obama falsely stating that Planned Parenthood offers mammograms, it is obvious that this desperate, "We're only down by one run" move by the DOJ is focused not on the health and well-being of women but on the promotion of the abortion and contraception movement, of which the Obama White House has successfully fixed itself as the guiding North Star.
Planned Parenthood does contribute financially to Obama's 2012 campaign. Planned Parenthood's president Cecile Richards herself has campaigned on behalf of President Obama. How could it be anything but natural for the current administration to fight for Planned Parenthood in the state most frequently known for challenging the Obama party? Odds are that the Department of Justice probably jumped at the chance to enter another round with Arizona.
Arizona Solicitor General David Cole is fighting the battle at the state's capitol, insisting that it is within a state's designated power to demand "meaningful provider qualifications" for the distribution of the healthcare money in question. Planned Parenthood, he believes, can be denied funds under that requirement.
"Arizona taxpayers have spoken through their elected representatives: they do not want their tax dollars going to abortion businesses like Planned Parenthood," said the president of Susan B. Anthony List, Marjorie Dannenfelser. "The Whole Woman's Health Funding Priority Act is pro-woman legislation that recognizes that women deserve access to comprehensive health care, not abortion. Abortion is not health care."
Right before an election, pro-lifers across America have to be the most vigilant. While the national focus is on a presidential 'roast', tireless leaders in the pro-life army have undoubtedly toiled away, night and day, in a rush to divert the bulldozing abortion agenda, being directed this time by our own Department of Justice.
The Mayans seemed to miscalculate the "day of reckoning" by a handful of days when they slated it for December 2012. One can't help but be overcome by a simmering suspicion that they must have meant election day.

I am amazed. The taxpayers express themselves. They do not want to fund PP. This makes little or no difference at all. Taxpayers say abortion is not healthcare. This makes no difference. Partisan politics says that pregnancy is like a tumor so that a woman can elect to have surgery it get it removed. Pregnancy is a natural procreative condition and woman's healthcare is concerned with the woman having a successful pregnancy. Taxpayers say that elective abortions are not life saving but that pregnancy is a life-giving act and they are right in this. Richards and PP and Obama and Democrats insist that a pro life person,or conscientious logical taxpayers are all against women's health care. Taxpayers say normal woman's healthcare are breast exams, biopsies,GYN health, seeing to the health of a woman and her baby before and after birth, things of that nature. PP insists the fetus is a tumor, birth control is woman's healthcare. Random foolish sexual behavior is a woman's logical choice? Sodomy is natural sexual activity? Prostitution is okay maybe it should be legalized so those woman can get free contraception better yet all women can get contraception,FREE! Taxpayers say that insurance companies will pass the costs to the consumer of so called free healthcare in the form of higher co-pays and deductibles as well as higher taxes. When these practical objections are expressed than no one who is a Democrat in power today cares or agrees with any sense of reason. Abortion and the contraceptive mentality,as well as PP,is agenda mandated politics, forced on everyone like it or not, that is too bad. The ones who object to these mandate driven agendas hate woman and healthcare for women? Really? The liberals on these issues have the political advantage,as they will do anything that they can legally to keep abortion policies in effect, provide so called free contraception and the like,so that woman cannot threaten our society with the birth of a child,if SHE does not want IT. Woman should have the same right as men to have random and foolish sexual activity with the opposite sex or the same sex without being punished by having a baby? After all treating social diseases is a business and abortion and contraceptives is a business,BIG Business, why discourage any of it. Planned Parenthood exists to serve "The Evil And Adulterous Generation". Are we the generation of the end times? I I do not know! But in this day and age where reason is politically incorrect and abusive and thought to be unreasonable, insisting wrong actions are politically just actions,to be protected by a constitution that has been perverted and abused in context to what it means, anymore,is this justice for the healthcare of woman? What becomes the ultimate meaning of anything when reason becomes the enemy and what is unreasonable becomes a trendy fashionable friend? I would think that nothing would have any meaning at. The code of a culture of death says to me that death is the answer to the overwhelming problems of life's human conflicting reasoning. Assisted suicide, abortion, war.euthanasia, genocide, extravagant war weapons, nuclear weapons for each and every country to defend itself from each and every country, the madness continues. Mans inhumanity to man. This is a human right? Don't blame God when there is mass catastrophes because of this "Culture of Death" blame humankind, when all law stops protection of what is right and just and reasonable. The culture of death and the reasoning of a common criminal have one thing in common, all laws that are created so that they can also be broken laws. A perverted judge these days looks for the loopholes in law so that no law is ever an absolutely reasonable, and certainly not a dogmatic or orthodox law. The laws of God have never lost their meaning,as they are right and just designed to redemptive and fair laws from age to age.The laws of humankind flip flop and plop into the pit, which is the culture of death, when faith and reason become inconvenient, failing to protect all life and every sense of human dignity, with fair equitable justice all, from conception to a natural death.
