St. Rose of Lima is my patron saint i was named after my grandmother. When i read the wonderful deeds that she had done it inspired me a lot. I'am doing my confirmation and she is the one about whom i'm going to write my assignment . I thank the heavenly Father and my parents for naming me after such a wonderful saint.
Im 15 years old and doing my confirmation....i was having a really hard time finding a saint but saint Rose really got my attention. Like someone said "she's a idol. Well thanks so much for the info, i have to write a 400 word essay about her *a presentation.

My name is Rose. Many years ago I chose a confirmation name after my grandmother, Isabelle. Most of my prayers are to be closer to God, to live for his glory and in his grace. When I have put distance between us, I feel terribly alone and hurt. While looking up the patron saints for my children, I discovered St. Rose of Lima. All I can say is thank you.

I think St. Rose is a sweet and a caring Saint. I'm thankful for St Rose she is very very nice. I pray that St Rose is having a good time in Heaven and always will.

She is going to be my confirmation saint. I had not really heard about her but after reading her story and how she put a thorn through her head. (oww) I know that she is the one to choose.
