St. Anthony of Padua Comments

He first joined the Augustinian Order and then left it and joined the Franciscan Order in 1221, when he was 26 years old. The reason he became a Franciscan was because of the death of ... I seek your guidance to resolve issues relating to my mother's care, her inheritence and income. Give strength to her care giver. Help and give me the wisdom to settle the perplexing issues surrounding my mother's well being, happiness and interersts. I will be eternally grateful to your intervention and blessings.

I've been divinely blessed to have St. Anthony as my patron Saint. Our Heavenly Father answers all my prayers through St. Anthony. Even though ALL my prayers are answered, it isn't always the way I expected, but it is ALWAYS the right outcome.

Remember to either begin or end your prayers by saying, "Please help me to help myself, so I can help others in return". Helping others can be as simple as a greeting to one another, a smile, and/or other acts of kindness, etc.

    Praise the LORD!!! :o)

    St. Anthony
I am 33 years old. I will be making my first communion on the Easter Vigil and I have chosen you to be my saint for confirmation. I had been thinking to myself for quite some time about whom I should choose for a saint. A few months ago, my friends mother stopped by my work and said she bought me a book that she thought I would love. The book is called, "St Anthony of Padua." Definitely a sign of divine intervention! It is clear why you have come into my life. Many times through out my life I tend to lose myself and distance myself from God and the church. If I should ever start to lose my way again, I am hopeful you will bring me back!
